Hi everyone,

Easter is here! We have an exciting weekend ahead of us, full of amazing activities with friends and family. Do you have any plans? If you’re still not sure, take a look at the events below. We put together a summary of a few offers for adults and children.

Follow the trail, solve the clues and win a prize (not suitable for under 3’s). Pick up your trail leaflet from the Kingfisher Barn Visitor Centre then head out along the river. Can you find Easter Bunny’s hiding place? No need to book. Find out more here.

Easter at Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park

Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park, 19-22 April 2019

Visit Farmer Palmer’s this Easter for Eggciting Egg Hunts down on the farm; daily from approximately 3pm Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive. Keep an eye out for the friendly Easter Bunny and come and see all the new born Spring baby animals! For more information please visit the farm park website.

Hop into Poole for Easter activities

Poole High Street, 20 April 2019

Members of The Parkour Project, located in Poole’s The Project Climbing Centre, will be showcasing their skills on the high street, utilising moveable obstacles and safety mats. Visitors will also have the opportunity to try their hand at slacklining – walking or balancing on a length of flat webbing suspended between two points. Mad4Animals is hosting its fun and educational show from 10am until 1pm on the day, showcasing different creatures, their habitats, and features hands-on sections as part of the interactive show.

AFC Bournemouth Easter Food & Craft Fayre

Vitality Stadium, Bournemouth, 22 April 2019

Anyone is welcome to attend the AFC Bournemouth’s annual Food & Craft Fayre for free. The fayre will begin at 11am and end at 4pm, with plenty of arts and crafts on sale, as well as some of Dorset’s finest produce. Additionally, there will be a junior fanzone and an egg trail on the day, so there’s no excuse not to bring the whole family along! Read more about the event here.
