We are fully committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests, but please remember that we are working with a building that is over 100 years old.

We know that for all our efforts, we cannot suit everyone’s personal requirements, but please be assured we will do everything we can to continue to improve and add more helpful features wherever we can.

The Virtual Tour and videos were commissioned to enable guests to satisfy themselves that the facilities we have are suitable for their personal needs. It covers public areas, bedrooms, corridors and outside spaces (including access from the rear car park).
