We know that for all our efforts, we cannot suit everyone’s personal requirements, but please be assured we will do everything we can to continue to improve and add more helpful features wherever we can.
The Virtual Tour and videos were commissioned to enable guests to satisfy themselves that the facilities we have are suitable for their personal needs. They cover public areas, bedrooms, corridors and outside spaces (including access from the rear car park).

At Marsham Court Hotel, we believe a stay by the sea should feel welcoming, comfortable and well supported for as many guests as possible. Our approach is centred on inclusive hospitality, combining practical accessibility features, thoughtful service and clear pre-arrival information so guests can plan with confidence before visiting Bournemouth.
As an Edwardian building, the hotel has some physical limitations linked to its age and layout. However, we have worked hard to provide a wide range of facilities, resources and services to support guests with different access requirements, sensory needs and personal preferences. We understand that every stay is different, which is why we aim to offer both transparency and flexibility from the outset.
