As an apprentice with us, you will benefit from a dedicated Training & Development Manager to mentor and guide you and we place a huge focus on ensuring we are offering you practical training and support for the duration of your course. Past apprentices have worked with us on projects that they have been able to see come to life in real-time, whether it be creating dishes on the menus or developing new operational procedures for our outside pool area.

Reception & Front Office Apprenticeship
As a Reception & front Office Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for all our guests. You will be the first person the guest sees when they arrive and the last person they see when they leave. This role is one of the most technical in the building and will include:.
- Reservations systems and how to take bookings
- Managing the check-in and check-out procedure
- A huge focus on customer service
- Managing daily takings and banking
- Correspondence with guests
- Telephone management and etiquette
- Handling guest enquiries and requests
Chef Apprenticeship
With a busy kitchen, catering for our in-house guests in our main restaurant, our a la carte bar menu and a range of banquets and functions, you will learn a huge amount with our incredible kitchen team. Our Head Chef will personally guide you through your time with us, teaching you how to manage multiple sections within the kitchen. Our menu changes daily so there is always something new to learn and new skills to develop, helping you to expand your repertoire of dishes.
