We are fully committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests, but please remember that we are working with a building that is over 100 years old.
We know that for all our efforts, we cannot suit everyone’s personal requirements, but please be assured we will do everything we can to continue to improve and add more helpful features wherever we can.
The Virtual Tour and videos were commissioned to enable guests to satisfy themselves that the facilities we have are suitable for their personal needs. They cover public areas, bedrooms, corridors and outside spaces (including access from the rear car park).

At Marsham Court Hotel, we are committed to making your stay as comfortable and inclusive as possible. While our Edwardian building presents some physical limitations due to its age, we’ve worked hard to introduce features and services that support accessibility for guests with a wide range of needs.
We understand that everyone’s requirements are different, and our goal is to offer clarity, flexibility, and support—so you can make the best decision for your visit to Bournemouth.
Virtual Tours & Accessibility Videos
To help you assess our facilities before booking, we’ve commissioned a series of virtual tours and videos that cover:
- Public areas and corridors
- Selected accessible bedrooms
- External access from the rear car park
- Key facilities like the Changing Places toilet and shower room and Sensory Room
These tools are designed to give you a clear understanding of our layout, dimensions, and access points so you can plan with confidence.
Specialist Facilities for Guests with Additional Needs
We offer a number of features to support accessibility and inclusion, including:
- Accessible bedrooms and wet rooms.
- Changing Places toilet and shower facility
- Sensory Room for guests with processing or additional needs
- Aromatherapy massage and holistic therapies by Amethyst Touch
- Reserved blue badge parking (available on request).
We also have hearing loops available at Reception and event spaces, and service dogs are welcome throughout the hotel.
