Choose from room hire only or our day delegate rates which include everything your need for your business meeting, conference, training workshop or event. Our range of 8 meeting rooms enable us to match your needs and our experienced staff will ensure that delegates are able to relax and feel comfortable in order to get the most out of your event.

We offer a choice of 8 individual meeting and function rooms. Our conference and banquet suites can accommodate any size from 2 to 280 guests and feature air conditioned venues, A/V equipment, free Wi-Fi, catering, and event planning services.
Prices for day delegates start from £35.00 per person – includes a 2 course lunch, 3 servings of refreshments throughout the day, iced water, cordials and mints, room hire, flip chart, screen and pens.
Our dedicated Head Chef and his culinary team have extensive knowledge, experience and a first class reputation for banqueting in Bournemouth. Catering for large and small groups our enthusiastic banqueting manager’s make sure our service to you is of the highest possible standard at all times.
Our 95 en-suite bedrooms, many of which have stunning sea views over Bournemouth Bay, are comfortably furnished with everything you need for a stress free stay. The transport links to Bournemouth are excellent making it an easy trip for delegates travelling from far and wide. Southampton Airport is only a 35 minute drive from the hotel and operates flights from Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Belfast, Dublin and Cork.
Regular Direct Train services link Bournemouth with Southampton Airport, Central London, Reading, Basingstoke and Manchester among many others.
