Prices for day delegates start from £33.00 per person – including lunch, refreshments throughout the day, iced water, room hire, flip chart, screen and pens (minimum numbers required).

We offer four distinct meeting and event spaces, each with its own layout, capacity and character:
- The Ballroom – a spacious, traditional setting ideal for larger meetings and presentations.
- The Plantation – bright and versatile with garden access, suitable for breakout sessions and informal workshops.
- The Bit on the Side – a contemporary room perfect for smaller meetings or private planning sessions.
- The View – an intimate space with direct sea views, ideal for executive meetings or small-group discussions.
Each room is available on a flexible basis and can be adapted to suit your group size and event format.

All meeting and conference bookings at Marsham Court Hotel include:

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and parking for delegates is available on-site.
Day Delegate Packages and Bespoke Options
Day Delegate Packages are available on request and can include room hire, catering, equipment and support—all tailored to your timing and budget. If you have specific requirements or would prefer a bespoke quote, our events team will be happy to advise and prepare a package that works for your group.
We are also experienced in hosting multi-day events with on-site accommodation available for travelling delegates.

HR TEAM – DIVERSE ABILITIES
For the first time we had our annual Christmas party at the Marsham Court Hotel, from the time of booking all the way through to the night itself it was seamless.
Ashlie in events looked after us up until the night where she handed over to Greg & Graeme, the service was impeccable and the food (on mass) came out swiftly, tasty, and hot. The bar staff were very friendly and would even remember pre-orders when returning. The D.J. for the disco was great and had everyone up dancing as soon as they could.
We hired in a photo booth, and they were also looked after on arrival.
Some staff stayed the night, and I have only heard good things about the rooms.
So, thank you to all the team at the Marsham Court Hotel, we look forward to seeing you again hopefully in 2025.

SAMEE is proud to work with the Marsham Court Hotel for many reasons.
The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the hotel is spacious and disability friendly and, most importantly, our neurodivergent interns feel at home there. They now have the confidence to walk to the bar to order their lunches, ask for work experience, and get treated as if they are royalty!
As a disability charity, we have to find the right home and the Marsham Court is just that – home.
