Our brand new Changing Places Facility is one of the projects we have undertaken to improve accessibility at the Hotel. Access is via key card which can be provided at reception.

At Marsham Court Hotel, we’re committed to making our facilities inclusive, comfortable and accessible to all guests. Our Changing Places Toilet is designed to provide dignified, practical support for people with complex access needs—making us one of the few hotels in Bournemouth to offer a fully compliant facility of this kind.

A Fully Equipped Changing Places Facility

Installed as part of our wider accessibility upgrades, the Changing Places Toilet is available to both hotel residents and non-residents. Access is via key card, available from Reception on request.

The space includes:

Wall mounted height adjustable, adult-sized changing bench with tear-off paper roll supplied.

Disabled parking is available to book with the hotel prior to arrival for blue badge holders.

Nonslip flooring

Ceiling Hoist (guests own sling for loop system required)

Height adjustable wash basin

Peninsular toilet with drop-down grab rails on each side

Large bin for pads

Emergency call system

Privacy screen

Shower and colostomy shelf

This facility is located on the ground floor with easy access from our main public areas.
