Welco-Me helps us prepare more thoughtfully for each guest, so our team can better understand any requirements in advance and provide a smoother, more comfortable experience on arrival.

How to Use Welco-Me

Using Welco-Me is simple:

Explore more information about access at Marsham Court Hotel and our event spaces.

Click “Plan a visit”. If you do not already have an account, you can sign up and complete your accessibility profile.

Share your access needs, requirements and any support you may need.

Our team will be notified so we can prepare for your visit and have the right support in place.

On the day of your visit, once you arrive at the hotel, click “Arrive” in Welco-Me. We will receive a notification and be with you shortly.
