Four-night Christmas house party
23rd–27th December 2026
Take your seat at our Christmas house party and leave the shopping, cooking and washing up to us.
Over four nights, you can enjoy festive meals, live entertainment, dancing, themed evenings and plenty of optional activities, all with the warm and friendly atmosphere Marsham Court is known for.

Your Christmas programme
Wednesday 23rd December: Welcome to Marsham Court
Arrive to Chef’s homemade shortbread with tea and coffee.
In the evening, join the Marsham Court family and management team for a festive pre-dinner drink, followed by a three-course table d’hôte dinner, entertainment from Rossano and a special Christmas cabaret.
Christmas Eve
Start the day with a hot and cold buffet breakfast.
Later, enjoy a sandwich and cream scone lunch before taking part in Charity Cinema Horse Racing, which is always tremendous fun.
The evening has a Hawaiian theme, with a three-course table d’hôte dinner and entertainment for dancing from Shaun Marx. A themed cabaret will complete the evening.
Dress for the theme, add a festive accessory or simply come as you are.
Christmas Day
Begin Christmas Day with a hot and cold buffet breakfast, followed by optional competitions and activities.
Santa will visit during the morning with gifts for the children.
A traditional three-course Christmas lunch will be served, accompanied by entertainment from keyboard player Richard Pearce.
In the evening, relax with a lighter Ploughman’s buffet and mince pies while Graham Morris provides the entertainment.
Boxing Day
After a hot and cold buffet breakfast, an informal hot buffet will be served for lunch.
There will also be more optional competitions and activities during the day.
In the evening, the Head Chef and his team will present their Grand Gala Buffet, followed by live entertainment and the Christmas charity raffle.
Sunday 27th December: Time to say goodbye
Enjoy a final hot and cold buffet breakfast before departing and looking forward to the year ahead.

Welcome 2027 with a three-night seaside house party filled with good food, live entertainment, dancing and plenty of New Year cheer.

Wednesday 30th December: Arrival
Arrive to tea and Chef’s homemade shortbread.
In the evening, join us for a reception drink followed by a three-course table d’hôte dinner and entertainment from Rossano.
New Year’s Eve
Start the day with a hot and cold buffet breakfast, followed by optional competitions and activities.
A hot buffet lunch will be served from 12.30pm, with New Year’s Eve prize bingo later in the afternoon.
In the evening, enjoy the Chef’s Gala Banquet and entertainment for dancing from the Susie Kimber Trio.
There will also be a charity raffle before a glass of bubbly at midnight and a traditional rendition of Auld Lang Syne to welcome 2027.
New Year’s Day
Start the year with our special New Year’s Day brunch, served from 9.30am.
Later, enjoy a sandwich and cream scone followed by Charity Cinema Horse Racing.
The evening has a Hawaiian theme, with entertainment from Steve Whale and a themed cabaret. Dress up, add an accessory or have a go at making your own during the morning activity.
Saturday 2nd January: Departure
Enjoy a final hot and cold buffet breakfast before departing and looking forward to the year ahead.

Reduced child rates are available when children share a room with two adults, and selected dog-friendly rooms can be booked for an additional charge.

The Christmas child rate applies to children aged 12 or under. The New Year and Twixmas child rates apply to children aged 11 or under.
