Why you should visit the seaside this Autumn

By

Hi everyone,

The summer is over and the kids are back to school. Even though it got a bit colder, a lot of people is choosing to go on their holiday now to avoid the traffic. Are you thinking about visiting Bournemouth this Autumn? See below our top 3 reasons why you should visit the seaside in the upcoming months:

Outside the season

Bournemouth is busy and a little bit crowded especially during the summer holidays and the Air Festival. If you choose to visit this town later in the year, you will find less tourist and queues. The weather is still quite good with a mixture of sunny and cloudy days.

Lower prices

As you will be travelling outside of the season, the prices of accommodation and local attractions will definitely decrease. That means you can save a lot of money by delaying your trip only by a few weeks!

Good for your health

A trip to the coast in Autumn is not only good for your wallet but also for your body and mind. Hearing the sound of waves is extremely relaxing. Also, the seaside encourages physical activity, even if it’s simply a walk on the beach.

Sea air has a lot of benefits as well. It helps to balance your serotonin levels which are linked with mood and stress. After the holiday, you will feel more relaxed and energised.

If you decide to take a swim you can additionally benefit from much more skin, hair and body benefits. Now, do you need any more reason to visit Bournemouth this Autumn? We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
